In this home décor concept, the guest of each episode will decide how he/she wants to surprise a special person of their choice with a makeover that entirely catches them off their guard! The guest of the show will share their story and explain why they want to surprise the special person of their choice. The host and the guest will embark on a trip around Singapore to look for home décor inspiration for the makeover. With a fixed budget of $5,000, a home décor expert will be roped in to help with the makeover. Project Dream Home will conclude with the "remodelled" room presented as a pleasant surprise to the guest’s special person.
